OPEN DOORS MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Matt MullenMATT MULLEN

I am a graduate of the Open Doors Yoga Teacher Training. I am currently studying the art and science of Budokon, which is a mixture of Yoga/Martial Arts and Meditation. I have been a Massage Therapist for 15 years and I'm also enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. In October, 08, I will be training with Shiva Rae in Trance Dance Yoga. When my daughter was 5 she said, " I like being me, and I like that everyone is them".  So, to me that is a great way of describing what I think Yoga can do for a person. It will allow you to like yourself, thereby liking others...simple,eh? To accept yourself, the totality of who you are, at any given moment. To just surrender into the vastness of the present moment, to know that you're OK...no matter what. To know that you are loved...no matter what. This is what Yoga does for me.

Finally, I'm honored to be associated with some many wonderful teachers that bless Open Doors. A special shout out to Boris and Mo Chuisle Mo Chroi.  Contact: 617-281-2102
