Class Cancellation Policy |

We need to notify our instructors if classes or workshops have low attendance. Your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated.
If you are pre-registered for a class or workshop you must cancel at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to receive a refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations less than 2 days prior to the class or workshop. Cancellations will only by accepted by calling 781 843 8224. Emails will not be accepted. Thank You

Class Pre-registration Policy |

You MUST arrive 5 minutes PRIOR to start time of class for a space to be held and initial your name on the sign in sheet in the lobby.
We CANNOT guarantee a space if you arrive less than 5 minutes prior to class start time.
Students who pre-register for a class and cannot attend must "early cancel" themselves from the class on Mindbody online 35 minutes prior to the start of class.
IF you do not "early-cancel" from a class you will forfeit either the payment for the class or one pass. Students with Unlimited Passes, will have one day forfeited from your pass. Namaste

Volunteer Program |
|
We are always looking for volunteers, a 1/2 hour of volunteer time equals a free class, it involves assisting an instructor with signing people in prior to a class and light cleaning duties following class. Yoga practice varies depending upon the style of the class. Each style of yoga has different degrees of intensity and challenge. It can be a gentle or intense workout aimed at improving flexibility, strength, and peace of mind. Classes are from 60-90 minutes. Each session builds core strength, quiets your mind and increases body awareness. Great for eliminating aches and pains, diminishing chronic health problems, getting in shape, building muscle, losing weight, breaking old patterns and healing emotional wounds. Whether you are young or old, athletic or not, experienced or inexperienced, Yoga can work for you!

Power Yoga |
Our Power Yoga is a flowing blend of different styles of yoga. Every class has a different sequence (Open Flow) and intensity level, depending on the instructor. It is HEAT based, active and intense class. At least five to ten previous moderate or beginners classes is recommended. High Intensity and High Heat 90 Degrees or higher. |
Moderate Power Yoga |
A basics class for beginners and experienced students. Instruction given while moving from one posture to the next. The class will be designed around a standard flow including basic postures. Moderate intensity and moderate heat. 80-90 degrees. |
Beginner Power Yoga |
For beginners or for those who want a less intense Power Yoga experience. Learn the basics fo Power Yoga with frequent instruction is given during class focusing on form, alignment, and modifications. Low Intensity and Low Heat. 75-80 Degrees. |

ROOM TEMP/GENTLE YOGA & ADDITIONAL CLASSES
Light Power Yoga |
Taught in a warm but not hot room with slower transitions between postures. Designed for anyone who wants to increase their range of movement and build strength. This class is for beginners to experienced students with all fitness levels welcome. Also suitable for prenatal students. |
Hatha/Gentle Yoga |
Suitable for Prenatal Students, as well as those looking for a slow flowing Hatha class. Combines breath, postures, and meditation to energize and promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation. |
Yoga for Runners & Athletes |
Challenging Yoga class focusing on breath, stretching & opening postures, and increasing strength and flexibility using your own body weight |
Gentle Yoga for Inner Peace | This is a gentle yoga class designed to assist students in experiencing inner silence and calm through yoga postures, deep breathing, and guided meditation. Beginners to experienced students. |
| Yoga for Chronic Pain and Healing | This gentle yoga class is designed to support you in healing your physical body while supporting you in emotional healing. You will be guided through yoga postures, breathing exercises, guided meditation. Beginners to experienced students welcome. |
Yoga for Weight Loss | For students who want additional support in working with their weight loss program. This class offers gentle exercise, deep breathing, and guided visualization to support his / her health goals. Beginners to Experienced students are welcome |
Kundalini Yoga | Yoga of awareness, combines breathe, postures, movement, meditation & chanting. |
Prenatal Yoga | A blend of light power yoga and hatha yoga. This class builds strength, improves flexibility and breath. Taught in a warm (but not hot) room. Open to beginners and experienced students. |
Kid's Yoga | Kids yoga is challenging, energectic, and fun. Please check listing for appropriate age of children. No previous experience required. Range of age of child is different for some classes. Please check schedule. |
Mommy & Baby Yoga | This one hour class is designed for the new mom who wants to safely and effectively begin to get her shape and strength back. Working with the infants, we will use standing and seated yoga poses to strengthen the abdominal muscles and lower back while stretching the body. Here babies can be babies; they are engaged rather than ignored. We will also dance with them and learn to give a specialized infant massage to relax and calm their little bodies. All new moms are welcome with doctors approval. Babies up to active crawling age are encouraged, but not required to attend. (As the children get quite mobile, it becomes much less a yoga class and More of a chase class. |
