Yoga of the 5 Elements
Series with Shawn Cornelison and Richard Lanza

​​These two-hour workshops were recorded in 2021 at Yoga Vibe in Sofia, Bulgaria with Richard Lanza & Shawn Cornelison.  The second wave of the coronavirus had just begun.   We offered them a gift for creating greater personal balance and inner peace for the new year. We now would like to share these workshops with our Open Doors Community.
 
Everything in nature is made up of five basic elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space.   In the yogic tradition, honoring these elements can lead one to experience a deeper appreciation of that element within oneself and a greater connection to all things.  Each video explores one element through posture, mudra, essential oil blends, chanting, and meditation.   The class will combine yoga therapy movements, vinyasa, and yin yoga that relate to the element of that class.
